The Jazz Method for Learning the Fretboard
- Know the Major Scale
- Learn String by String
- Play a chord then improvise on a single string. (C chord for example)
- Then do with 2 strings at a time
- Then change to simple other keys
- Improvise blues on one string
- Play tunes on one string
- Then do on two adjacent strings
- Then two non adjacent strings
