These notes are based on my wide readings, however special attention and gratitude must be given to Anthony DeMello who’s book I was reading at the time of making these notes.

What is desire? How is it linked with ‘I’ and ‘me’?
Where does the self come from?
What is surrender?
Leave the heart to develop itself.
Walk alone, walk away from every formula. Even your own. Move into the unknown. Abandon every book, guide & guru. Accept what life brings
Aloneness is Silence
What is Love? Sensitivity to everything, pure attention to all, excluding nothing.
Drop Beliefs
Whenever you get irritated, look into yourself.
Efforts will get you nowhere.
Have you been programmed to be unhappy? A happiness based on Success.
The threat of loss, on control of the world.
Have you been trained to upset yourself?
What is the nature of attachments? Notice that you will always fail to meet all attachments.
You can’t achieve happiness, especially by being attached to outcomes.
Do you need this all? Achievement?
Remember that enjoyments is purely being engrossed in something joyfull.
What is the difference between worldly feelings and joy?
You attempt to gain the world and lose your soul. Is that right?
Fuck Self Improvement.
Stop all efforts to change the world.
Just understand yourself without trying to change yourself.
There is only one cause of unhappiness and that is false belief.
Look at the darkness.
True happiness is uncaused.
Is there even 1 happy person you know?
You just drop attachments.
Its a process of subtraction.
Spot false beliefs that is all.
When you obsess over something you become blind to everything else.
You become hardened and insensitive to everything else.
Be aware of what you are being, aware of and what you are ignoring.
